Something about that shiny bald head, it was intoxicating. ....

Also loved his swag.
I wonder if we’ll ever get a SF as good

I always remembered him being better than the stats show. At least for the finals runs.

Not the best but maybe in the top 5. If BR was as good as Hayward, AK, Jingles, or Harp we might have a real banner. I think BR is overrated by a lot of Jazz fans.

Prime Bruss would be devastating on this jazz team. You could start him and he’d be an upgrade over Royce. Or have him come off the bench and cast away with Clarkson.

people seem to forget, prior to Stockton’s shot, Bruss hit two key 3s to help us pull even with Houston. Allowing for Stockton’s game winner in Barkley’s grill.

Does Griffith count as a SF? If not, it's AK47. The AK hate has to end.
No it doesn't.

He's welcome to care more about video games and most things than his profession, and I am more than happy to oblige him with the eternal beef he earned along with the $100 million that ruined this team's chances of building a real contender. Planning trips while the playoffs would still be occurring and the rot he imbued into the locker room with his ego-driven pouting and disengagement will not be forgotten and will not be missed. Nor will the sideshow his wife brought.

Not everyone has to love basketball, but not everyone that puts up superficial statistics on bad and mediocre teams deserves praise.

I will **** on AK whenever I have the opportunity. He is a stain.

I don't know why KOC doesn't get **** on for signing two bigs that were awful on defense, then Sloan refusing to use AK properly. Gosh, I remember when everyone crapped on AK for crying when it was a struggle, but now everyone defends Gobert when he does it. But hey, we do love whipping boys here at jazzfanz.

It's because Gobert wants to be the best and win and be recognized for it. AK wanted to get his money, do whatever he wanted on the court, and plan his vacation. He wasn't anywhere near Gobert in terms of wanting to win. AK cried due to ego, Gobert does due to passion.

Would Gobert suddenly suck if we decided he was a 4 or would Quin be dumb?

Answer: Sloan was past it and he/KOC ruined a chance at real contention. Heck AK was still better then Boozer even out of position (and yes, he had injury issues, but that's a different criticism than those leveled here).

Always an excuse when there's a grudge.

I notice no one ever brings up the season he almost got to the playoffs single handedly when they were predicted to only win 9 games. And hey, it's not his fault he got paid-good for him.

Thank you! It's at least worth talking about. I'm just tired of the one sided debate. I adored AK, even though he was flawed. Why don't folks bring up stuff like when he ran point against Golden State in the playoffs?

What grudge? Always a dick behind the assumptions.
