LMAO, the last two minute report says Mitchell wrapped his arm around Simmons' leg on that play.

The L2M's have always been a sham, but holy hell, they aren't even trying to make them seem credible anymore.
The issue is it shows they don't think they have a problem. After grading themselves they think they did a good job. If the league and the officials don't think there is a problem then there is no reason to think there will ever be improvement. So just buy into the ******** and do the foul drawing and flopping and dark arts that make the game tough to watch.

The refs have too much pride to be wrong.

No the league has no incentive to be fair and accurate.

Yeah. Is there anybody here that even remotely doubts that the league would've agreed with the call had they called it on Simmons instead of Mitchell?

It's kind of ironic. The L2M's were intended to add legitimacy to the credibility of the league's officiating, and instead all it's doing is confirming that refs can do whatever the hell they want, and as long as there's even an ounce of subjectivity to a call, their farce of a grading system will agree with them.

What about the oneale steal and so called out of bounds ?

espn has stated that the ball thrown by Royce touched a ref that was out of bounds ? I never saw this , nor did the replay even view that , all they were looking at was his foot .

As I see it , it should of been Jazz ball , 29seconds left and up by 3 .

Nah, the L2M is a final authority for a lot of people. They operate under the assumption that the league couldn’t hide anything and if the league says it after reviewing it, then that’s the indisputable truth. There are enough people out there to set this as the baseline tone, and to marginalize anyone who raises disagreement as just being bitter, impassioned, and biased. And you’ll see it everywhere. People will want to throw themselves onto the alter because they believes it gives them a higher self-awareness score.

I saw a video showing the ball hitting the paralyzed immobile ref

Imagine how good of an attorney I would be if they also let me be the judge. I'd win so many cases.

Yeah, and he doesn’t blow the whistle when it hits him.
I've had some weird thoughts... like can they admit non-video evidence to the call? Like did he tell the replay ref it hit me? There wasn't a super clear replay imo... and I don't think the guy that blew the whistle saw it hit the ref... think he missed it because he though the foot was out of bounds... so got the call right but for the wrong reasons. Last nights game was just a **** show... still should have won it.

Mitchell did hook simmons before that. People keep showing later in the play where simmons is obviously grabbing his arm but that isn't what was the offensive foul. There were bad calls this wasn't one of them.

Uh.... so when was the whistle blown?

It was all within a short time. Also a delayed whistle happens all the time, I have no problem with it if it's right. There are lots of pictures floating around showing the hook from Mitchell.

Then it should be easy for you to point out in the video I linked for your convenience the exact time that Mitchell wrapped his arm around Simmons' leg.

I think he got confused and thought it was when DM had his arm being grabbed by both of bens arms.
