The Biden Administration and All Things Politics

What authority dues Hitler have to do this?
It doesn't matter. The overreach is the point. Biden was getting hammered on Afghanistan even by left-leaning outlets. A new report shows Producer Inflation is up a whopping 8.3% YOY while the economy is slowing. The southern border is in crisis and crime is spiking, both of which can be tied to actions taken by the President or his allies. The Biden Administration needs a controversy that his supporters can get behind. The noisier the better. If one side screams "unconstitutional!" while his backers can scream "It is about saving lives!" loud enough to get everyone to forget about all the other things Biden is clearly failing on, then it is exactly what the doctor ordered.

Presidents have tons of avenues to work through in the executive branch that don't require legislation. It's the very basis of most executive orders that every admin has taken advantage of.

I don't like the power that presidents can wield in situations such as this any different than when Trump retreated from trade agreements, pipelines, environmental accords, barring Muslims, etc. They're all instances of way too much power being held in the Oval Office when congressional oversight is needed.
But as Congress has thrown off the shackles of responsibility, we’ve seen the executive take them on. It’s been something that’s been given up at an increasing pace since the Vietnam War. It’s much easier to win re-election, especially as a Senator, if you don’t actually legislate or accomplish anything.

Answer the question please. What gives Hitler the right to tell private companies that they have to abide by mandates(not laws) or get heavily fined or put into a concentration jail? He had absolutely no authority to and is committing treason, plain and simple.

He's already been shot down by SCOTUS with his Nazi order that landlords no longer have a right to their private property.
I did answer your question: presidents wield a ton of authoritative ability and they definitely don't have the constitutional ability to enact 'laws', but this administration and every other has great range to act within what they feel is the best thoughts of public interest through creative use of "mandates", "decrees", etc. It's a slippery legal slope for sure but that's nothing new.

The Constitution defines treason as 'levying war' against the US or 'adhering to the enemies of the US, giving them aid and comfort'. Executive orders to require vaccination are not a form of treason by any legal standard.

Well, he died. Since you think Hitler is now taking actions, you must think he was resurrected. Only people God likes get resurrected in this world. Why are you saying Hitler is one of God's favorite people?

God created the original Hitler, why wouldn't he create another? There's been historically guys like Hitler in power and historically those who support them and their authoritarian Nazi rule. Today is no different.

I find forcing almost a third of your population to do something completely against their will an act of war as far as constitutional rights he's infringed upon. Nothing gives him that right. Absolutely nothing.

Or provide me the law that gives the POTUS the right to force experimental drugs on people...

It doesn't get much more Nazi than sticking up for a white person, yelling at a black person, that they aren't black, while wearing a racist mask and assaulting said person like OB and Log stuck up for.

Hell at least the hypocrite Nazis stay silent here. Hitler needs votes.

Based on a Kaiser Family Foundation survey from May, only 31% of "potentially undocumented" immigrants in the United States got the COVID-19 vaccine.

If your talking about the nut who threw an egg at Elder, no one stood up for her.

So, when are you going to explain why you think Hitler is one of God's favorite people?

No doubt the vaccine is encouraged, but employees have the choice of getting it or weekly tested. The choice may not be a great one for those that don't want either, but a choice does exist.

And I'm sure the courts will rule on it and whatever that opinion might be should be considered law regardless of which way it falls.

Pfizer received FDA approval so I don't think it can be considered experimental.

"Another" is not Hitler.

Honestly, tell me why you think Hitler is one of God's favorite people.
Well we don't know the extent of what he and his followers are capable of yet but Hitler's as close as it gets. Experimental drugs, forcing people against their will and religion, jailing people, being divisive, and soon putting us in internment camps for not following his authoritarian hate filled racist agenda modern day nazis are pushing. Remember minorities like African American and Hispanics are the least vaccinated. This is Hitler and his followers way of racism without admitting it.

Assuming "he" did not refer to Hitler, it must have been referring to the other proper noun in my sentence, God. So, you think the best example of God and his followers is Hitler?

Gosh, I can see why you would hate Hitler. Since I think Hitler is dead, this is meaningless to me.

Why do you think Hitler is one of God's favorite people?
Why do you think God's followers act like Hitler's followers?

I can't answer a question. It's not my job to make excuses fir Hitler, that his voters job.

I don't particularly care for employers requiring vaccines and many colleges doing the same, but I also recognize the fact that unvaccinated individuals are crowding hospitals which is having a material effect on our ability to serve all other ER-type issues.

I'm particularly sensitive to this as my wife was scheduled for a hysterectomy in October that has now been postponed indefinitely as IHC has once again punted on being able to provide these elective services.

I'm tired of this pandemic and tired of waiting around for people to do the right thing.

God did give me a thing called immune system though. My immune system fights off this virus as effectively as your experimental drug.

They're all dead too. The election was in 1932, after all.

Why do you think Hitler is one of God's favorite people?

I should expect that rejecting any election outcome that results in a Democratic win will be part of this delegitimizing of Democrats from now on.
Yep, that is the game plan:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...p-candidates-shows-trump-threat-is-here-stay/

“It isn’t just that Republicans will be expected to pledge fealty to the lost cause of the stolen 2020 election. It’s also that untold numbers of GOP candidates will see it as essential to the practice of Trumpist politics that they vow to actively subvert legitimate election losses by any means necessary.”

One high-profile GOP candidate now playing this ugly Trumpist game is Larry Elder, who is running in a recall election against California’s Democratic governor, Gavin Newsom.….. “The 2020 election, in my opinion, was full of shenanigans,” Elder also told Fox News. “My fear is they’re going to try that in this election right here and recall.”

A worse example comes from the leading GOP candidate for Senate in Nevada, Adam Laxalt. The former state attorney general’s effort to unseat Democrat Catherine Cortez Masto has Trump’s endorsement in what will be a hard-fought contest.

This week, Laxalt flatly declared his campaign will “file lawsuits early” to “secure this election,” as if it’s a foregone conclusion that a loss would be dubious by definition. Worse, Laxalt vowedto avoid the supposed mistakes of 2020, in which the election was “rigged” and the only failure was that Trump campaign lawsuits “came too late.”

With all due respect your Nazi president said he had a plan but it's only gotten worse and he hasn't done a thing besides ride Trump's coattails. We are no closer to beating this thing than we were this time last year.
