I thought Butler was going to be a huge addition for us in the games Conley missed but the kid just doesn't look ready yet at all. I still think he's going to be really good eventually.

He missed 3 shots. Had only 9 minutes, only handled the ball a bit, played good D and got yanked. Bad move by Quin. That TO by Forrest was a big momentum change.

Jazz didn't play a full game. This reminds me of last year when we lost games it would be because we had a bad quarter. DM needs to get his act together. All the talk about overcoming slow starts did little to change it. JC I love the kid but sometimes you gotten know you do not have it. Hopefully they got their bad shooting night out of the way and can go to Milwaukee and shot the lights out.

They probably figured the Bulls was the more winnable of the two without Conley.

Yeah but he is huge with good hands and a decent post up ala Boban when he's got a mouse in the house like tonight. Although Rudy is more athletic, Whiteside is definitely more sure handed and better with his back to the basket IMO. No way Vucevic or Bradley could stop him down there. Maybe with time, Snyder will recognize Whiteside as a scoring option....hopefully.
