What's new

They probably figured the Bulls was the more winnable of the two without Conley.
Yeah maybe, particularly since Milwaukee had a back to back of their own to consider.

Since Conley climbed out of his slump last year, I'd like to see what our percentage is with and without him cause watching him this year, he seems to have a stabilizing presence and has an uncanny ability to get us out of a scoring rut with either a bucket or a dime.

Yikes, of course the Jazz will have these sorts of games, but holy **** could the team not throw the ball into the ocean tonight. Like maybe the 2nd quarter was the the only one that went over 50%. I think Clarkson was 0/10 at one point.

I think they focused on the bucks game tbh… want to test themselves against the best.

Guis, the sex machine takes a lot of energy and creates a large carbon output if fueled by gas, coal, or solar. Out of a concern for the environment, the sec machine is fueled through 100% renewable and carbon-neutral unused challenges.

Post of the thread.

Still don't get it why sit Conley on the first night of b2b.

Agreed.
And i know most of us want load management but this is the result of that. Everyone needs to understand that if we manage loads then some nights we will end up with *** on our face.

I thought Butler was going to be a huge addition for us in the games Conley missed but the kid just doesn't look ready yet at all. I still think he's going to be really good eventually but not sure he's going to be a difference maker this season.

Forest has been better so far for sure

He missed 3 shots. Had only 9 minutes, only handled the ball a bit, played good D and got yanked. Bad move by Quin. That TO by Forrest was a big momentum change.

I wish he only played poorly this game. So far butler is 0-5 this season for good games.
Butlers per 36 numbers this year so far:
4 points per game on 8% from the field, 12.5% from three, and 50% from the line. 5 turnovers and 8 fouls per game. Basically his shooting has been horrendous, he turns it ober a bunch and fouls way too much. His rebounding (6), and blocks (5) have been good. Assists (4) have been meh.

Mostly he has sucked badly so far.

He might lead the league in airballs though so at least he has that going for him i guess

As good as Paschall looked against HOU (not too far removed from a G-League team) he was getting cooked by Derozan. He was in decent positions lot of the time but he doesn’t effect shots much with his contests. DDR was getting everything he wanted.

Our super bench unit has gotten blasted twice now. Still very early on, but that unit was money with or without Conley last year. Clarkson isn’t going to completely bomb it every night, it’s something watch. We took it for granted last year.

Biggest issue right now is the scorers, which really isn’t an issue. I’m confident they will return to form. But it would be nice to see Mitchell have just one good game.
