I was going to write a long post about how much I hate the Lakers but I REALLY have to go to the bathroom right now, sit on the toilet and grunt out a new Lakers fan.
When we win if you don’t start a full on office fight tomorrow you can consider yourself a failure. With all the mental illness and the Lakers fully infected with the Westbrook Virus now is the time to break them. For the records, the die-hard delusional Lakers fans in my office are all in a funk this season. Some of them are still convinced the Chosen Ones will still win the ring, but most are just sullen about it and won't discuss it. I went around this morning talking about the game tonight and garnered a lot of nasty looks and despondent stares. I cannot tell you how great that feels!! This is the well-spring of schadenfreude, and I am drinking my fill!!
I have a bunch of Jazz stickers I plan on plastering all over everyone's work space. Come in early and put one on the top of every monitor in the place. Find a youtube video of the highlights and put it on a loop on the TV in the breakroom. Saturate them with it. Cannot wait! When we win if you don’t start a full on office fight tomorrow you can consider yourself a failure. Lots of Lakers fans are in denial, I expect some chippy responses that should be a total blast to read. This will be the best @JazzAvenues thread in a while.Lakers have the worst defense in the league right now. Dwight Howard has been looking like a shell of his former self. Rudy should dominate in the paint, and the Jazz should win this going away.
Expect Lakers' fan quotes saying how much they'd like to have Jordan Clarkson back.

Looks like Conley will play.
He only played 23 minutes and he hasn't been getting much minutes in B2Bs. I would love for him to sit so we see others but I also get the thinking that if the Jazz need to improve perimeter and team defense they need to it as a whole.Dumb… the strategy to begin the year was sit him because we need him when it matters most. Strategy is working and we just can’t resist deviating. It’s just kinda silly. I realize he didn’t play a ton last night… back end of a road-road back to back is the time to sit him. Whatevs.
Full rest days are so much better than just lower minutes though. Its just short sighted. We need to improve our perimeter defense for sure… but we also need to get Joe going… starting could help him snap out of his funk.He only played 23 minutes and he hasn't been getting much minutes in B2Bs. Sure, I don't disagree. They are finding some middle ground, though. I just get what the point may be.Full rest days are so much better than just lower minutes though. Its just short sighted. Has nothing to do with me wanting to see other guys play… just want to “be our best at the right time” like Quin seems to preach when we lose… maybe they have great data to support the change but I’d still rather have them be overly cautious with Mike.
