Of course not. SLC media is as soft as they come...Did anyone ask why he did not play Paschall or Hughes?

You gotta can Quin. Bring in a young coach that doesn't pick favorites, and makes sensible rotations. I guarantee you if we traded Elijah tomorrow, he'd torch us for 30+ the next game.I’m beginning to wonder if we should blow this up and get a ton of assets before guys start demanding trades and their trade values plummet? If we’re lucky, we could bounce back pretty quickly with Rudy still having a few more good years. If we build back with longer and more athletic players, we’ll be just fine. The tiny lineup stuff just doesn’t work in a league that’s predicated on long athletic position less players that can guard 1-5.
Like seriously, what could we get for Spida, Joe’s expiring, Clarkson, and Bogey? Some good role players and some good draft picks? Score a Ja type player in the draft? And we’re back in business.
yeah this funneling everything to Rudy stuff needs to stop. it clearly won't take us anywhere, especially now we are getting even older and slower. we missed our window and it's all downhill from hereI’m beginning to wonder if we should blow this up and get a ton of assets before guys start demanding trades and their trade values plummet? He actually came out and said that again.
It really exposes that he views this as a roll of the dice and is hoping that if he does it enough, he’ll get the really positive outlier at the right time.
You can say this literally at the end of every game. The Jazz didn't put any pressure on them.
Agree with you, but no chance Ryan Smith does that - he's a win now owner.I knew the rockets were bad but they’re the worst team in the west record wise. Honestly, I’d be very open to trades if I were Jazz FO. One thing we learned painfully was holding onto players for too long. Boozer, Dwill, etc we could’ve gotten more assets had we acted proactively. It’s hard to get assets when players leave or demand trades. I think it’s getting to that point now. We don’t want to become portland. And seriously, the more I think of it the more it makes sense. Spida could get us a lot right now. If/when he starts demanding trades, we’re gonna be in trouble.
The warriors or nets are going to win it this year. If we get some good role players and score in the draft, we could be back to making a run in two years. Much more preferable than the 3-4 years of Corbin kr however long that dark period was
Rockets do jave some good pieces and are playing well after a rough start… that said this loss was tough. And the sad thing.., I’m not surprised at all.I knew the rockets were bad but they’re the worst team in the west record wise. Honestly, I’d be very open to trades if I were Jazz FO.
