I'm surprised that the Garden crowd didn't throw garbage onto the court. They were super pumped up with the subs running and gunning and cutting down the lead. Once the pathetic starters came in the arena turned into a morgue. Thibs made one of his worst coaching decisions this year, and that says a lot because he has made so many of them.

The starting unit was losing by 12 at the end of the 3rd. Second unit comes in and they proceed to cut the lead to 4 and get the crowd back into the game. Thibs then makes the big brain decision to take IQ/Obi out and put the starting unit back in. We lose the game by 15 points. A masterclass in self-sabotage.
I didn’t realize just how special Donovan Mitchell is. Playing in the West I don’t get to catch many game but holy **** it just felt like he controlled the game and could get anywhere he wanted and do anything with the ball. I’m rooting against a first round Utah loss hard right now.
I know it's been said 10000000000 times, but every time we play Utah I can't help but imagine the utopia where we pick Mitchell at 8
