Haha, SAS changed. Last week it was you better give RJ to get this done. “I’d trade RJ for Mitchell and 4 firsts. ” Now it’s the Knicks should want to pair RJ and Mitchell.
No… he literally said the Knicks have no leadership lol.

Not really. It just takes Barrett out of the equation. Utah can still use Lakers for picks and get out of some contracts.I think this not only takes Barrett out of the equation but also takes the Lakers out of the equation as a third team. Not a good day for Jazz and Lakers management I'm sure!
Not sure how it compares across the NBA but I agree that some are really ignoring the analytics on RJ. Same thing happens in the draft. Lots of gambling on "potential"Don’t think there’s a single player in the NBA who’s reputation and “value” is so different than the analytics. I think RJ will get better, but he’s been so bad so far.
Saw people comparing this extension to Jaylen Browns extension. Certainly possible but so is the Monta Ellis career path.
Who else does New York have that’s going to get us that second Laker pick? And without two Laker 1sts no way it goes down IMO.Not really. It just takes Barrett out of the equation. Utah can still use Lakers for picks and get out of some contracts.
