Added to Calendar: 01-16-23

Most must win game ever. Good we rested almost everyone for this.

If we win, they travel to Denver (likely L) and play Raptors next with b2b rest disadvantage.

So we can start a 3 game losing streak for them to push them below .500 before their schedule kicks them in the nuts. (after those 3 games they play Rockets twice and the enter the toughest remaining SoS in the league sans Philly).

This... I still think we need an Edwards 10 game absence to solidify them as a lower tier play in team. The Warriors, Suns, Blazers need to pick things up and help us out.

Suns worry me..

Its really interesting regarding playoff and play in picture. Remaining SoS:
3rd LAC
4th GSW
5th Minny (will jump to at least #2 next week)
7th POR
9th PHX
13th LAL
14th SAC
16th UTA
.....
29th OKC

Suns need help... not sure their ownership transition will allow them to get it though.
 
Don't tell me Lauri's phantom hip bruise is keeping him out of this one.

Dude took a beating in that game.. 21 FT. But maybe he bumped his hip to a table or smth lol.. because as you said the injury didnt show on that game saving block.

He had a pretty brutal landing when he was fouled on a fast-break. It's not exactly uncommon for a bruised hip or similar to flare up overnight, so I'm not very surprised.
 
Must win game. Lauri better play. Sexton better play and without minute restrictions. Kessler better play 30 plus minutes. Gay and olynyk better miss this one.

Only one game between us and the team we got him from.

The Thurl Bailey / Tyrone Corbin trade is the first trade I recalled experiencing as a kid. I had no idea who Corbin was and felt a bit of betrayal of us trading Thurl. In hindsight as I look back on that deal, I have no idea what purpose it served. Corbin wasn’t too terribly impressive and we hung on to him long enough to grab Adam Keefe. We then subsequently got the Ty Corbin era. At least Thurl’s still here and we got his second go-around redemption where he retired in a Jazz jersey.
