Draft Homers List 2023

Nobody mentioning Colby Jones yet. I can't help but think of the @KqWIN material he put in the draft thread about guys in past drafts who are projected to have low ceilings, but end up way over producing against their draft position.

His PnR game is really good because his floater is so great, only issue is that his jumper is not so great. If he can develop the jumper I think he can be similarish to Quickley, but that's a big IF. I like his activity on defense though. I don't quite see the path to him being a star, but he could easily be a 10+ year vet.

Kobe Bufkin. Creates his own shot. Decent shooter. Good passer. Finishes 70% of his shots around the rim. Good size for a combo guard. Plays defense.

The kid's got a complete package. What's not to like
Because he is basically Tre Mann on crack and could easily bust if taken before 20

I'm warming a bit on Bufkin. The improvement of shooting the 3 as the season went on is encouraging. I do sort of wonder how he translates defensively at the next level. I'll probably wait till after the draft to submit my homer pick see where guys go and how they fit with their teams.

I'm scooting for Scoot
