Utes 2011 Football Discussion

Will the insanity ever end?

Speaking on behalf of the Utah fans, I'd like to present a fan trade:

BYU fans, we are willing to give you Salty and a fan to be named later in exchange for: Trout, Catratcho, and Colton.
Do you really want me to slit my wrists and eat a bullet? That's not very nice.

Now, before you say that we're asking for too much, I should also mention that we're also willing to take Conan off your hands (think of it in NBA terms: that's the equivalent of dumping your worst contract). Sure, once we aqcuire Conan we're either going to cut him or send him to the D-League, but hey, either way he won't be your problem anymore and who can put a price on that?

Think it over fellas.

Trout heads up would be an absolute steal for us. Add in Colton and this is a huge win.

Great, now this turned into another trade thread.
I haven't seen one with a trade that was both worth it for us and structured that the other side would want to do it.
This trade included.

I had my fun with Salty again, if he was on my team, what would I do when I was bored and wanted to get my post count up?

No way in hell BYU's giving up those productive guys for deadweight.

Salty for Conan?
Hey I'd rather be dead weight than a dead beat.

It's a lot easier to make bets and criticize others for not betting, when you don't even pay your own losing bets.

Yeah, because to you playing with teenage boys at the high school is normal. To us normal people, that would be smack.
Pretty lame smack if that's the case. Still don't get it but no question most normal people don't get you anyway, Porkins.

I'll pay it. For now, I enjoy reminding you of it every now and then too much.

It's all good. I'm just saying, it's kind of ironic that I get taunted for not making some specific bet, by a guy that had been owing me $50 for a bet for like 3 or 4 years now, lol.

Most normal adults don't spend their days playing with teenage boys at the local high school. I know you don't understand that, but it's all good.

There are thousands (probably even tens of thousands) of normal adults that spend their days playing with teenage boys. They're called "teachers" and "coaches".

Thousands of people out of hundreds of millions is not the norm.

And for the record, I'm not talking about teachers or even coaches. I'm talking about coming onto the internet and bragging about how you dominate the high school weight room, and challenging people to meet you there.

Sure, go ahead. I will throw myself off the nearest building, while swallowing rat poison, after slitting my wrists open and stuffing AIDS infested condoms into each gash. I'd rather die a thousand painful deaths than root for Utah.

I don't know about that -- in this dog **** pile of a thread, that was by far the best post/smack.

I think the question we all have, is WHY NOT? That is, if the first quote is really true.
Because over/under leaves too much to chance. If I'm the delusional homer I'm made out to be, then haters should have no trouble pointing out 1 more loss than I predicted.

If they can't do that, then they have no business calling me a delusional homer.

You're a delusional homer.
