This is a pretty interesting scenario. Player X signs a massive contract with his home team, the most he could possibly sign for. Player X then requests a trade, naming only one team as his preferred destination. Then his agent puts out the story that Dame will be 'disgruntled' if he ends up anywhere besides where he wants to go. It's a veiled threat that Dame won't show up and play.
David Locke is making it sound like Dame's agent is calling teams and telling them not to trade for Dame.
If Dame only wants to go to one team in the league, he can make that happen by signing with them in free agency. However, to throw a fit like this after signing a 4-year contract extension is unprofessional to say the least.
