You did exactly what you said you would do before the draft started. I’ve had to kick you in one of these before. Trolling trumps all I didn’t think you would stop being a problem so when another poster said he’d take your place and other posters screaming at me to take you out and put him in I did. Are you implying that my choice to follow the rules is "wrong" while yours is "right"? Just make a rule that all picks have to happen in 4 hours or something if that's the biggest concern. We've had years when some people at one point or another took most of the time available and no one was out anything as a result. It's a long off-season. What's your hurry?
Then make the rules according to the pace you want to see, not something you will arbitrarily follow when you feel like it. Especially knowing that was the caveat from the beginning.
