For me, this is a tough one. The Jazz have a week to consider, but emotions aside, the only real question should be whether the Jazz can get just as good a player for less.
If the Jazz think Matthews is going to have that kind of market value longer term, they should keep him, even if just to trade him along with a TPE. I voted yes. Portland is demonstrating that Matthews has significant market value even on a team that has two SGs and drafted a combo guard in Elliot Williams.
No, the only question is whether Matthews is an asset that's worth the price.
