The Biden Administration and All Things Politics

Yeah everyone knew exactly what Trump would do and he didn't disappoint. He tripled-down on old lies (e.g 20 million rapists from Mexican prisons released and sent across the border last year), and made up some new ones. But he was generally coherent and seemed to know what was going on. Biden had about 3 decent zingers on Trump, nowhere near enough to offset the rampant senior moments and straight up signs of dementia that plagued him all that night. Trump showed what he is, evil and self-serving. But Biden showed he is what everyone feared and was fully confirmed in that debate, an old man with drastically diminishing mental capacity.

Which is worse? To me it's still the evil one is worse. I'll take incompetent over evil any day. At least with Biden a team of trusted advisors will end up running things, who together have a better handle on what the country needs. And that's infinitely better than the guy who has promised to suspend the Constitution and install a dictatorial regime as the head of his own cult.

This. An incompetent Bidens administration still got infrastructure deals done, kept the government open, got limits on medication prices, got the airlines to pony up when they cancel on you, got rid of junk fees and **** like that.

The government consists of thousands of people that matter and affect how it works, not just one.
Though trump would like to have complete and total control over it all if he is president again. He will hire yes men and fire those who disagree. That is more problematic than Biden allowing those around him to do their jobs.

No no no, he was retconning once he got called out. It is the same as changing what truth is being told, you know, without accepting any blame. Like Trump in the debate looked right at the camera and said "I did not have sexual relations with that wo".... oh sorry, I got my sleazy politicians mixed up. Trump said "I did not have sex with a porn star", and I think the last part was probably cut off where he probably finished saying "she barely had a bit part when I ****ed her. In fact, I made her a star. The best star. Best porn actress in the world. After I had sex with her of course. But I usually like them a lot younger, just not as young as my best friend Jeff did. Died in jail. Very sad. Nice guy, the best guy. Liked'em young though!" Or some ramble like that. See, I just retconned what the Trump said and made it almost truthful. It is a great tactic. You should try it some time!

It's much harder to lobby 3-5 viable parties in the same way. Oh yeah, that and lobbying, which is essentially legal bribery, which ensures the system will never change. Add to that a woefully uninformed electorate and it is a system ripe for full-on oligarchy and plutocracy.

It doesn’t matter whatever senator might want to be president we are conveniently past that point (or just bad timing as you say). What matters now is what democrat senator or puppet do the billionaire donors want to replace him with as a candidate for president.
Plenty of independents and democrats will vote for RFK over Trump or the dem puppet.
