Because I don’t trust large groups of people will always make the correct decision. That Nazism was a thing is a perfect example. I much prefer the proven safer option of having the US constitution safeguard what I can and cannot do than leaving it in the hands of mob rule.

I do not want to see the First Amendment protections curtailed. I do not want to see the Electoral College removed or circumvented via ballot harvesting. I do not want to see the SCOTUS reformed to make it more subject to oversight by the people’s representatives.

This election saw some pretty wild things happen:
The losing candidate called and congratulated the winner. The losing candidate did not claim that the election was stolen. The loser did not seek slates of fake electors. The president called the winner and offered to talk with him and help with the transition.

The loser will not be encouraging a crowd of supporters to descend upon the U.S. Capitol and fight like hell.

Pretty unconventional stuff.
 
Congratulations on your convincing victory, President-elect Trump! As you savor your win against a worthy opponent who outspent you and dazzled with star power, please recall four things.

First, Vice President Kamala Harris conceded as soon as it was clear that you had won. You never offered that courtesy to President Biden.

Second, the very system that handed you this victory proved to be free and fair. Why do you trust it now when you spent the last four years calling it "rigged" and worse?

Third, your inauguration will be peaceful and dignified, unlike the days leading up to Biden's. Keep that in mind.

Finally, remember that since you will never run for elected office again, there is no need to appeal to your former base of MAGA Republicans, since your base is now all of the citizens of the United States. We are all looking to you to fulfill your promises of peace and prosperity.

Of the many options available to you, take the one that will make everyone look good. You won't regret it.
 
According to voters, the three most important reasons to not vote for Kamala Harris this election was inflation is too high, border and immigration issues, and focusing on cultural issues like trans over the middle class. All three topics went in Trump’s favor by at least 15 points to every voter and swing voters plus many more specific voters.

Serious question. Do you think the president controls inflation? Just a yes or no answer. If the answer is yes then do you think any president would ever make the choice to have inflation be high? Im sure if biden had control over this then he would make gas cost a nickel per gallon and milk would be a penny per gallon. Prices go down when spending goes down. So be careful what you wish for. Want stuff to be cheaper? Then americans just need to have less money. That will get the prices down. I bought my house during the recession (2008) Got a great deal on it. You know why? Because people were struggling financially at the time which caused prices to go down. You talk about trump putting more money in your pocket. Great! Side affect of that is that prices go up. This utopia economy where we all have tons of money to spend and everything is cheap doesn't exist other than for brief moments in time before the market corrects itself.

Another serious question. What is trans over the middle class? Are trans people taking all the middle class jobs across the country or something? Im middle class as are the about 200 employees that work at my facility. Of those 200 or so employees there are a total of zero trans people working here. Or they are just so good at being trans that I dont know that they are. In which case, why the **** would I care?
Do you think trump will eliminate trans people somehow? If so, how do you think he will accomplish that?

From my understanding the trans thing is simply viewed as "icky" by many many Americans, so just knowing they exist and having it "thrown in their faces", mostly by reading about it in the news or on facebook or whatever, is enough to claim that trans rights are being elevated above the rights of the "middle class". Things like shared bathrooms, non-gender-specific pronouns, schools implementing policies regarding trans people, regardless of the intent, all that is infringing on their right to not feel "icky" about stuff. And it is enough for them to dehumanize trans people so they feel ok about openly discriminating against them. That is about the extent of it. I am interested to hear what huge has to say.

Is there anything more clear? I remember watching some right wing video demonizing porn and the reason for it was the he watched porn and started to become addicted to transexual porn.

It's like bro, you just like chicks with dicks. It wasnt the porn that made you that way, you are just that way.

To start, I was merely sharing statistics. Not sharing my own personal beliefs.

I do like how you just skipped over the border and immigration though.

As far as the trans stuff, Trump will not eliminate trans people but he will in fact eliminate gender affirming care for minors. The problem lies when it gets pushed to kids who frankly aren’t of the right mind enough to make a decision like that for themselves. There is a reason we have an age to be able to drive, to drink alcohol, to smoke, etc.

California recently passed the legislation that bans telling parents about their kids being trans at school. People don’t like this stuff. Its approval rating is extremely low.

Kamala Harris saying tax payers would pay for inmates to have gender affirming surgery, etc. Who actually hears that and thinks it’s a great idea? It turns off so many people.

I think it was Sardines the other day who mentioned some extremely wrong statistics about trans that you liked and they weren’t even right! You’ll challenge anyone else for a source if it doesn’t fit what you think is right. They weren’t even close.

There is a reason why females and teams are refusing to play against teams that have a transgender-female on their team.
 
Also, I don’t pretend to even know what causes inflation. Not something I have really looked into.

In general I don’t think many Americans do and just blame the sitting President.
 
You know what ad absolutely crushed the Kamala Harris campaign that Bill Clinton told them they need to respond to but never did?

Kamala Harris is for they/them, Donald Trump is for you.

I saw that ad at least 100 times.
