Trump Dictatorship and All Things Politics

If your coverage of Donald Trump’s presidency is at all negative, you are breaking the law. You are doing something illegal: you are not agreeing 100% with everything Trump says. Therefore, you, as a reporter, or as an entire news organization, are breaking the law.

Trump apologists everywhere agree with Trump’s conclusion here. People and news organizations that disagree with Trump should not be allowed to have a voice in the United States. And, to think, conservative bigots support Trump’s point of view, completely oblivious to their support of dictatorship and ending freedom of speech in the United States. If you don’t speak out against what Trump says in this clip, then you support the end of freedom of speech in the United States. You support dictstorship, and you cannot squirm your way out of that fact.

Here’s a response that approves of what Trump said about CNN and MSNBC. 100% anti-American, and really, 100% non sensible, as it clearly states overwhelming negative coverage of Trump is not even journalism. Why is that? Why is overwhelming negative coverage no longer journalistic?

This tweet is a very clear example of advocacy for ending freedom of speech in the United States. As well as ending freedom of the press in the United States.

Tweets like this encourage the establishment of authoritarianism, and state control of speech. State control of thought.

How absurd that this tweet ends with “Free speech wins again!”. Really??!! Make no mistake. The people behind thoughts like this, supportive of this point of view, are fine with erasing freedom of speech, and freedom of the press in the United States. It’s not being hidden, they likely are not even aware that they are advocating for erasing our Bill of Rights.

trump, you dumbass, it is not the role of the press to boost your ego. Freedoms granted through our Nation's foundation documents. May want to read those. Perhaps a tutor could help. Our 11th grade civics public school teachers do a pretty good job. Also, perhaps you would consider retirement? Seems like you enjoy golf. You might become a happier person. Your country would be a happier, healthier, safer, more peaceful place again too.

Why isn't this on the front/homepage of every press outlet in America this morning?

A real question from a Trump supporter: ‘Why do liberals think Trump supporters are stupid?’

THE SERIOUS ANSWER: Here’s what the majority of anti-Trump voters honestly feel about Trump supporters en masse:

That when you saw a man who had owned a fraudulent University, intent on scamming poor people, you thought "Fine." (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...versity-settlement-judge-finalized/502387002/)

That when you saw a man who had made it his business practice to stiff his creditors, you said, "Okay." (https://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-hotel-paid-millions-in-fines-for-unpaid-work)

That when you heard him proudly brag about his own history of sexual abuse, you said, "No problem." (https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/list-trumps-accusers-allegations-sexual-misconduct/story?id=51956410)

That when he made up stories about seeing Muslim-Americans in the thousands cheering the destruction of the World Trade Center, you said, "Not an issue." (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...ew-jersey-muslims-celebrated-the-911-attacks/)

That when you saw him brag that he could shoot a man on Fifth Avenue and you wouldn't care, you exclaimed, "He sure knows me." (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...shoot-someone-without-prosecution/4073405002/)

That when you heard him relating a story of an elderly guest of his country club, an 80-year old man, who fell off a stage and hit his head, to Trump replied: “‘Oh my God, that’s disgusting,’ and I turned away. I couldn’t—you know, he was right in front of me, and I turned away. I didn’t want to touch him. He was bleeding all over the place. And I felt terrible, because it was a beautiful white marble floor, and now it had changed color. Became very red.” You said, "That's cool!" (https://www.gq.com/story/donald-trump-howard-stern-story)

That when the Central Park Five were compensated as innocent men convicted of a crime they didn't commit, and he angrily said that they should still be in prison, you said, "That makes sense." (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...-trump-has-said-central-park-five/1501321001/)

That when you heard him tell his supporters to beat up protesters and that he would hire attorneys, you thought, "Yes!" (https://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-trump-campaign-protests-20160313-story.html)

That you hear him unable to talk to foreign dignitaries without insulting their countries and demanding that they praise his electoral win, you said, "That's the way I want my President to be." (https://www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-insult-foreign-countries-leaders_n_59dd2769e4b0b26332e76d57)

That Trump separated children from their families and put them in cages, managed to lose track of 1500 kids, has opened a tent city incarceration camp in the desert in Texas - he explains that they’re just “animals” - and you say, “Well, OK then.” (https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/more-5-400-children-split-border-according-new-count-n1071791)

That you have witnessed all the thousand and one other manifestations of corruption and low moral character and outright animalistic rudeness and contempt for you, the working American voter, and you still show up grinning and wearing your MAGA hats and threatening to beat up anybody who says otherwise. (https://www.americanprogress.org/is...ing-cost-trumps-corruption-american-families/)

What you don't get, Trump supporters, is that our succumbing to frustration and shaking our heads, thinking of you as stupid, may very well be wrong and unhelpful, but it's also... hear me... charitable.

Because if you're NOT stupid, we must turn to other explanations, and most of them are less flattering.

I can't remember where I read this but you can't be a smart person, a good person, and a Trump supporter. You are likely a bad person if you are in fact not stupid and voting for Trump.

This argument for voting for the fascist budget plan is ridiculous in the extreme. Then why do you have a vote if the only responsibility you have is to not shut down the government? Then just pass any budget resolution that anyone puts forth as fast as you can? I used to kind of like this guy but he's lost my respect. Your loyalty is to the AMERICAN PEOPLE, sir, NOT to the federal government. If a budget is immoral and dangerous to the people, don't vote for it, concept is pretty simple. But instead it was "oh noes, we can't shut anything down, here are the keys to the dictatorship!" Fascists on one side, cowards on the other. We are so ****ed.

It's all fake or a conspiracy, so everything you said doesn't matter. It's easy to keep your cult blinders on in the "nuh-uh" world we find ourselves in.

We all know that biden was a war mongerer for sending to weapons to ukraine and israel. And we all know that trump doing the same thing would not be war mongering behavior.
Just like when biden ordered airstrikes on yemen that was war mongering behavior but trump doing it is simply good strong leadership.

President Donald Trump said he ordered a series of airstrikes on Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, on Saturday, promising to use “overwhelming lethal force” until Iranian-backed Houthi rebels cease their attacks on shipping along a vital maritime corridor. The Houthis said nine civilians were killed.

“Our brave Warfighters are right now carrying out aerial attacks on the terrorists’ bases, leaders, and missile defenses to protect American shipping, air, and naval assets, and to restore Navigational Freedom,” Trump said in a social media post. “No terrorist force will stop American commercial and naval vessels from freely sailing the Waterways of the World.”

He also warned Iran to stop supporting the rebel group, promising to hold the country “fully accountable” for the actions of its proxy. It comes two weeks after the U.S leader sent a letter to Iranian leaders offering a path to restarting bilateral talks between the countries on Iran’s advancing nuclear weapons program that Trump has said he will not allow to become operational.

At least nine people were killed, said Anees al-Asbahi, spokesman for the Houthi-run health ministry. In a statement on social media, he said another nine were wounded.

Nasruddin Amer, deputy head of the Houthi media office, said the airstrikes won’t deter them and they would retaliate against the U.S. “Sanaa will remain Gaza’s shield and support and will not abandon it no matter the challenges,” he added on social media.

The airstrikes come a few days after the Houthis said they would resume attacks on Israeli vessels sailing in waters off Yemen in response to Israel’s blockade on Gaza. There have been no Houthi attacks reported since then.

Earlier this month, Israel halted all aid coming into Gaza and warned of “additional consequences” for Hamas if their fragile ceasefire in the war isn’t extended as negotiations continue over starting a second phase.

The Houthi media office said the U.S. strikes hit “a residential neighborhood” in Sanaa’s northern district of Shouab. Sanaa residents said at least four airstrikes rocked the Eastern Geraf neighborhood in Shouab district, terrifying women and children in the area.

Saturday’s operation against the Houthis was conducted solely by the U.S., according to a U.S. official. It was the first strike on the Yemen-based Houthis under the second Trump administration, and it comes after a period of relative quiet in the region.

Trump announced the strikes as he spent the day at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.

President Donald Trump has directed the Pentagon to prepare plans for carrying out his threat to "take back" the Panama Canal, including by military force if needed.

According to the outlet, the officials said that U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) is drawing up potential plans that run the gamut from working more closely with Panama's military to a less likely scenario in which U.S. troops invade the country and take the canal by force.

The officials explained that the likelihood of a U.S invasion depended on the level of cooperation shown by the Panamanian military.

Panamanian jurist Alonso E. Illueca argued that Panama's efforts to appease Trump aren't working. These include the BlackRock deal and other moves like quitting China's "Belt and Road" initiative, taking in third-country migrants deported by the U.S., backing a U.S. resolution on Ukraine at the United Nations Security Council, auditing the country's ports, and revisiting a railway project originally developed by the Chinese government.

"Panama should abandon its accommodating policy towards the U.S., which can only lead to escalating demands to banish Chinese influence, to the detriment of Panama's national sovereignty," Illueca asserted.

"An alternative policy for Panama is to align with the rules based international order," he continued. "This includes establishing synergies with like-minded states which have been also affected by U.S. actions such as Canada, Mexico, Greenland, and Denmark. The country should seek to transcend the U.S.-China binary and find alternatives for alliances, which should include partners like the European Union."

Imagine if the Biden administration said they were going to take the Panama canal and if the current owners don't give it up nicely we will take it by force with our military.
trumpers on this site would pounce with the war monger label super quick. I'm guessing they probably think this is a great idea though since it's trump.
