Trump Dictatorship and All Things Politics

And when this regime ignores these court orders like they’ve recently done with other court orders, then what?

Congress should impeach. But repubs won’t do that.

Democrats were right, democracy was at stake last fall. But too many voters couldn’t get over the idea of having a black woman as president. They got their white dude to be their teevee president and we’re all “reaping the rewards” of that idiotic move.

Scotus would have to either deputize its own police force and start arresting Trump's cronies for contempt (can't do anything about Trump himself, since they hilariously declared he's above the law), or completely lose legitimacy.

Nice job Trump and to the dotards who support him. All of us should have contempt for these voters and should express such contempt vocally at every opportunity. These dotards have ruined our economy and our children and grandchildren will be paying for it.

The factories in Vietnam are owned by China. I think tariffs are stupid and destructive, but if you are endeavoring to put tariffs on Chinese products, you have to include Vietnam in those tariffs.

Google "China Plus One" and read.

Thats big. I work with a vietnamese immigrant and she hates china and says that pretty much everyone there does. But I guess its lesser of two evils for them and trump is always the most evil so they probably are making the right choice.

I find the staging of that photo to be so interesting, with glasses and a bottle of water on the table, but Garcia refusing to touch them. All of it is on purpose. For those that don't know, Garcia is an MS-13 gang member who has MS-13 tattooed on his hands. The narrative of Garcia being some poor schlub who got caught up by a police state gone stupid is total fiction. Garcia is a wife-beater who makes his money being a human trafficker for MS-13.

If the government of El Salvador could get a photo of Garcia with MS-13 clearly showing on Garcia's hands as he reached for a glass on the table while sitting across from the Democrat useful idiot, the poor schlub narrative would crumble. That photo would be all everyone would see. Garcia didn't take the bait and instead kept his hands with MS-13 gang sign tattoos hidden the whole time.

It should be noted that having tattoos isn’t a crime. And if Donald feels so strongly that residents in America have committed a crime, he should follow the constitution and laws we have in place to hold a trial. Everyone deserves due process (even the Trump Supreme Court says so). If found guilty of crimes, then Donald should follow the defined punishments for said crimes, none of which declare that they be sent to an El Salvadoran gulag for life.

Believe it or not guys, America has had a judicial system for a long time without the help of Central American autocrats.

The ONLY crime we need to prove is entry to the United States illegally.

The collection of information on tattoos is important, but not to us. When we are deporting someone, there is a coordination that happens between the United States and the home country receiving the returning individuals. How those sovereign foreign nations choose to handle their citizens once received is entirely up to them. We don't get a say. US Congressmen don't get a say. US judges don't get a say. Even the duly elected President of the United States doesn't get a say. Once they are beyond American jurisdiction, we cease to have any responsibility.

El Salvador wants information on tattoos, and for good reason. MS-13 turned El Salvador into hell until the people of El Salvador finally rose up to do something about it.

Now El Salvador demands information, including any tattoos, that indicate membership in TdA or MS-13. What El Salvador does with that information is up to the government of El Salvador. The United States isn't sentencing people to an El Salvador gulag. We are deporting people who have entered the United States illegally according to the laws of our nation as enacted by the people's representatives. What happens after that is up to the people of El Salvador who vividly remember what it was like to have MS-13 gang members in their society.

No! Haven't you been paying attention? This is a matter of international diplomacy... somehow. I'm not sure how but in order to maintain my faith in the MAGA cult I believe this obvious nonsense for some reason.

Yep and if you are from venezuela then where do you get deported to? Yep, El Salvador so they can deposit you in their prison and collect the check from trump. Human trafficking has gone mainstream.

Venezuela is dangerous. The homicide rate in Venezuela is 26.2 per 100k. The homicide rate in El Salvador is 1.9 per 100k. Anyone being deported to El Salvador instead of Venezuela should be thankful unless they belong to international crime organizations MS-13 or TdA.

Almost like he should have his day in court in order to verify the accuracy of these claims and charge him accordingly. If only we had some sort of process that allowed such things to happen, instead of just punishing people based on whatever the propaganda machine tells you they did.

Echo chamber of narrative affirmations for the willfully stupid. You guys should go outside, meet people with new perspectives.

Or just stay in your bunker and bitch.

They did have their day in court. They have had many, many days in court. The whole 'lack of due process' thing is totally manufactured. The withholding order that was intended to stop Garcia's deportation to El Salvador was from an immigration judge during due process court proceedings. A judge determined Garcia had entered the United States illegally and could be deported, but not to El Salvador. Claiming the Trump administration defied a court order is fair, but claiming Garcia never had any due process is fake.

Garcia did get before a judge, was ruled against, appealed, and lost the appeal. Garcia is a member of MS-13 who beat his wife and was picked up for human trafficking. The rank Garcia had in MS-13 required Garcia to have murdered someone. I don't disagree the Trump administration should be bound by jurisdictionally legitimate court orders, even bad ones until they can get them appealed, but the way the spin machine has painted Garcia as some sort of upstanding member of the community is bonkers. He is a bad guy and we are better for him not being here, but we should have made him not be here the right way and we did not.

Hey everyone,

I came across some interesting data on deportations under the last four U.S. presidents, and I thought it’d spark a good discussion. Here’s the breakdown:
Bill Clinton: 12.3 million deportations, 0 injunctions
George W. Bush: 10.3 million deportations, 0 injunctions
Barack Obama: 5.3 million deportations, 0 injunctions
Donald Trump: 100,000 deportations, 30 injunctions

What stands out is the sheer volume of deportations under Clinton and Bush compared to Obama, and then the massive drop under Trump. Trump’s numbers are notably lower, but the 30 injunctions suggest his policies faced significant legal pushback, unlike the others who had none.

What do you think explains these differences? Policy priorities, legal challenges, or something else? Curious to hear your thoughts!

Cheers,
PJF

Do you have a stupid and useless post like this on a daily timer or something?

I don’t post everyday. I check in a couple times a month or so to see if y’all come around or just remain stupid. I don’t care enough about y’all to invest more than that.

A couple posters on here are capable of critical thought, which assuages my cynicism. But the majority of y’all still engage in self-affirming circle jerking cult membership.

I have not seen a single coherent thought from you, let alone an intelligent one. All your posts are to the tune of "wow, everyone is so stupid compared to me!". A lot of uninformed people act that way, because what else are they going to do? Try to debate and expose themselves?
