I see it as an attack on both otherwise why mention law enforcement? The cops who do as he says are for America and the cops who don't kidnap citizens and send them to the gulag or violently break up peaceful protests are "WEAK and INEFFECTIVE" and the enemy of the people in allowing this "sinister attack on our Nation to continue, an attack so violent it will never be forgotten!".

Hell I'm overtly proud of some of the things my ancestors did, during the Children's Crusade, thousands of pious god fearing children arrived in Venice to request passage to the Holy Land, they would convert the Muslims through their piety. The Venetians sailors, renowned for their charity gave them shelter aboard their boats and they promptly sailed, not to the Holy Land but to North Africa and sold them into slavery. Robbing tourists, is an ancient tradition for my people.

He doesn't want to press the cops too much, ultimately he needs to count on, when push comes to shove police suppression of protest, they are the first line of defence for the dictatorship.

I've heard of that, so sad. But yeah, man, the Levant (the "holy lands"), has been contested by so many civilizations for thousands of years. Those poor people. I hope they can one day find peace.

Yet he included law enforcement in his tweet. He knows not all cops will support his takeover so he's already subtly putting pressure on them by including law enforcement in his attack on judges.

Trump's goal is to split everyone. He's great at magnifying or even creating issues so that you're either for him or against him. There can't be any in between. He did it with the Republican party, the American electorate, then with judges even including the Supreme Court(not shaking Amy Coney Barrett's hand), Russia/Ukraine or Palestine/Israel, etc. Now he needs to begin work on law enforcement because they will ultimately be the ones to solidify his power.

@Rubashov I'll try to explain my thought a little better hopefully. The Rapist is a master of planting a seed in which you could read two or three meanings. There are currently "law enforcement officials" involved in aiding ICE officials, for example sherriff's offices and local police forces, etc. Some of them resent being used by Trump(the WEAK and INNEFFECTIVE ones). Trump needs to create a split and force law enforcement to choose as he does on every issue. This is a way to build his Gestapo by emboldening the officers within his cult to stop this "sinister attack on our Nation, an attack so violent it will never be forgotten!" So he manages to hide his message within another message. He's pretty damn good at coaxing.
