Feels like we've given people 12/24 hours in the past. We have people posting in all different time zones, but I'm pretty sure you do take that in to consideration.

Again, your thread, so moderate it the way you want to, but it's probably better to post these types of rules in the OP so that people know what they are signing up for or can plan accordingly.

In the ones I’ve done, people have responded in a few hours, or even sent their pick preferences in advance so as not to hold things up if they’re unavailable. Evenings are different and things definitely pause overnight. Otherwise, people just lose interest.

Let’s see if we can wrap this one up by tomorrow. We can do it differently next time if that’s what people want.

No worries. I wasn't sure on the SOP on these things but however yall want to do it.

You’re welcome to change Miami’s pick at #20. Also, since yours is the last pick at #30, you can take more time with it.

The issue is that people are checking in intermittently to see how things are progressing and when they’re up next. So it becomes a distraction for them if things aren’t moving.
