Goran Sutton is the worst pick in my lifetime and I would argue worse than WhaleyThat's true. I would still defend Whaley as the worst pick in the Jazz history though. And, given that the Jazz picked in the lottery only 9 times in their history, being the worst lottery pick is not such a big accomplishment. I mean, the 3rd best player that the Jazz drafted in the lottery was, probably, Ronnie Brewer.
That's not the reason lmao. He was a top ranked recruit and has extreme length. The skinny angle is way overblown (not that he isnt skinny, but I dont think being skinny has anything to do with him not being good). He started the season at 190. He must have cut weight for the combine to run drills better. He will get bigger.Drafting a dude who averaged 11 ppg, has a super slow motor, and is super skinny just because his brother is good for OKC is the dumbest reason ever.
Exactly. I think he has talent and potential. We just need to hope he has the drive and the grind to actually reach his potential. That's not the reason lmao. He was a top ranked recruit and has extreme length. The skinny angle is way overblown (not that he isnt skinny, but I dont think being skinny has anything to do with him not being good). It's all just sports superstition.Drafting a dude who averaged 11 ppg, has a super slow motor, and is super skinny just because his brother is good for OKC is the dumbest reason ever.
The last time we had that the player had bathroom issues that developed along with the mental issues. It’s bad when I’m hoping his struggles were mental lol…
He did show some interesting flashes with some nice ball handling and drives, but blew the layups badly. Hopefully he shows us something next year. Give us a random 30 point game. Anything!
If I was Cody Williams, I would be posting videos every day of me in the lab. This upcoming season will make or break him. Look at how much Brice improved from year one to year two - I'm willing to give Cody that chance to improve before I damn him.
He needs to spend the summer with the Mailman. That will toughen him up.The wild overreactions to a few games from a rookie, then one year, especially on this board, are wild.
He very well may stink, but his story isn’t written.
