Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Wait. Kon seriously being considered at #4 now??? I know it's the Hornets but still. No way they taking Kon with Tre still available, right?
He’s ****ing good… and a perfect fit. Not just considered… he’s the favorite there.

I mean think about. Charlotte are considered a joke in the NBA. No one wants to workout for them because agents find their culture toxic and a detriment to their clients. Makes sense they would want the choir boy

If he doesn’t work out, you must buy an Okobo jersey.
I still can't believe Okobo didn't pan out. He looked better in France than any other prospect in the last... I don't know how many years... he was dropping like... 44 against Euroleague teams in the playoffs at 19 years old...

Environment matters. He was stuck on the Suns that were producing busts left and right.

The NBA is a different game, and it’s more difficult to get rim and FT attempts. The players who can attack the rim in the NBA don’t have issues attacking the rim at a lower level.
Still slowly bleeding to death on that hill?

NBA teams don't collapse the paint or overhelp every single time an athletic guard starts to drive in half court, especially not in the regular season. Yes, the game has changed, with more emphasis on team defenses, but 1-on-1 responsibilities are still the main thing. Got to stay between your own man and the basket.

College defenses panic and clog up the interior. They're much more willing to give up open 3pt shots as a consequence.

There’s a simple way to counter my opinion. Simply show that they have more shots at the rim and Ft line in the NBA. If what you’re saying is true, just show those numbers. I will move from this hill.

Hey, hey! Don't say WE don't like Fears around here. There are a few people who love Fears.

#JazzfanzTears4JazzPickingFears
I don't mind anyone liking or not liking Fears, but I get annoyed from the anti-Fears people who think because we have Collier/Keyonte that we can't possibly draft a guard who isn't huge.

Yeah... none of them has done enough for us to not consider players at their positions with this pick.
I also don't think he is unwinnably (I know that's not a word) small either. Seen somethings like "we can't possibly win with him as our best player" but like, theres actually no one who can win a ring by themselves in this era of basketball. Even if the Jazz manage to come out of this draft with the best player in the class, they will still need to obtain another all-star level player (or have someone on the roster magically turn into one) other than Lauri.
