I had them at an airport one time. I think food at the airport is usually worse than the same thing outside the airport. It wasn't bad when I had it, I think it might have been at the John Wayne airport outside LA but I'm not sure.
I agree about airport food.

Don’t go to Chipotle near the end of their day. They will be out of stuff. The last time I went there, (on a trip), they were out of chicken and a few other common items. Does that mean they were super busy that day or just bad planners?

I know that first hand. Funny thing is there are two Chipotle’s within 30 mins by me. One is literally the best Chipotle I’ve ever been at and the other is the worst (always out of stuff, super slow, etc).

If we're not talking about this type of fast food La Casa Del Tamal is the best sit down Mexican restaurant in the state.
Was going to go here tonight but they aren't open on Sunday

Man that is so aggravating in Utah. So many places closed on Sunday. Drives me nuts. I'm sure God doesn't want them open on Sundays but serving alcohol is usually just fine.. You know, pick and choose which things make you look more religious to others without having too much impact on the bottom line. lol

They are very busy during meal hours so I figured they'd eventually open on Sunday's but it must be personal for them.

Dang, I meant to mention that. Annoying since Sunday is such a good day to go out to eat.
Ya we were going to go there. Closed.
Then we were going to go to El Pollo Loco ( I have never been). Closed.
Then wing stop. Closed.
Then mo bettahs. Closed.
Ended up at McDonald's. Probably the first time I have eaten McDonalds in like 5 years. Predictably it sucked

Edit: Wingstop was open but we went in and looked at the menu and just weren't digging anything so we left.

At Wingstop you only order 2 things: original wings with their original hot (buffalo) sauce and fries. Everything else is somewhere between ok and completely sucks, leaning toward sucks. Also only go there on days they are really busy. They have a tendency to cook wings and have them kind of sitting around so they can drop them one more time to reheat them when you order, so they'll be tough and dry. Once you eat there enough to get the proper cadence and know how to get good wings, then you can experiment with their other sauces and stuff. Otherwise you'll leave thinking their lemon pepper or garlic parm wings, among others, are crap when really they are pretty good, if you go on a day to get fresh wings. But no matter what most of their other sides and dessert items just kind of suck. It's a wing place first and foremost.

lol have you tried their other flavors at least before saying they suck?

Whenever I see a BK I always wonder who the hell eat BK. I guess I know now.
Look bruh, I will fully admit I do not have an advanced palate. When I was a kid places like McDonald’s and Burger King were like once a month or once every few months type of treat because we didn’t have a lot of money. Now that I’m grown and have my own money and can go whenever I want it just hits different.

I'm a diehard Wingstop fan. Up until we moved back to Utah we are there multiple times a month if not per week. We tried everything on the menu multiple times. We like most of what they have put together in some regard, yet so so often we hear from people new to Wingstop how much the other sides and most of the sauces suck. But once you get into Wingstop and try some new things, once you recognize how good their basic core offerings can be, then you can begin to appreciate the other stuff. I've met almost no one who said "I started with their boneless wings with mango habanero sauce and the brownies and loved it!" Or "their chicken sandwich is to die for". So my recommendations is how best to get into the Wingstop vibe. Then try some other things. I'm just playing the odds. You are free to try whatever you want. Knock yourself out.

Ya I have gone a couple time and didn't like it much but I never got the original wings with the buffalo sauce. Will have to try it.
