I see ya laughing @LogGrad98 but did you send it to the league? That’s all that mattersCan someone forward this to the NBA offices thanks
Too scared to vote?Just enjoying watching games
I don’t think the Jazz are in a perpetual rebuild though.
Lauri is aging, but has proven to be awesome when healthy.
Keyonte has taken a huge step forward and still looks to have more upside.
Kessler was looking great before he hurt his shoulder and got shut down.
Ace and WCJ are both rookies who’ve shown some flashes. Ace in particular has such ridiculous upside.
If any of Sensabaugh, Hendricks, Filipowski, Collier and/or Cody turn out to be NBA caliber players, they can provide depth or value in a trade.
And while the team’s assets have certainly depreciated since the summer of ‘22, you can get into the conversation if you throw enough picks into the mix. Probably doesn’t get you into the Giannis sweepstakes, but it can get you a guy like Deni if you’re positioned to make an advantageous trade.
Just have to extinguish the Thunder’s claim to the current pick.

Why wouldn't they be though?I don’t think the Jazz are in a perpetual rebuild though.
Why wouldn't they be though?
Unless the Jazz get lucky in the lottery, they're exactly in the same spot a year from now as they are now.
Incorrect. A year from now Kessler and Ace will be on the court. All the other young guys will be more experienced/mature. We will likely gain/lose players in free agency/off season. We own other teams draft picks. Even if we dont have lottery luck we may still have a nice pick in this draft. Why wouldn't they be though?

To start the season the Jazz had Kessler and Ace on the court. No-one, absolutely no-one, was advocating for "let's start winning now".Incorrect. A year from now Kessler and Ace will be on the court. Long story short, the team on the court next season at this time will 100% guaranteed be different than the team that plays today.

Whatever Collier/Hendricks/Flip/Sensabaugh/Cody/Walt are or are not has little effect on how well the Jazz do in the future.
The Jazz own all those same draft picks right now. And as a whole they have deteriorated in value (Lakers pick not looking good and somehow the Suns seem to not be bad).
So, unless the Jazz are super-lucky, what exactly has changed to suddenly quit tanking and start "let's go for it"? Everyone's patience is done? Doesn't really sound like a solid plan.
