Does anyone remember the year the jazz bigs where having a contest to see who could get the most rebounds per game. I remember it was malone, Keefe and maybe Carr?
Anyone remember that?

Yeah, I just wish every big on our team had that same attitude. You can have that rebound when you pry it from my cold dead fingers, kind of thing.
Maybe this needs its own thread, but what is up with Jon Konchar and his place on the team? I have paid 0 attention to him until now, but he is really interesting. Strong BPM overall but off-the-charts defensive BPM and rebounding rate for a guard. Decent 3-point shooter but has a tiny usage rate. 29 years old, “6-5” 210 wing.
Looks like an ideal rotation player for a team that is heavy on stars and needs contributions on all the non-star stuff.
Not only that, but the bonus players we got with JJJ seem pretty useful too.Man, the players we gave up in exchange for JJJ are literal feces.

Good for him. I’m rooting for the kid to get his career back on track after that injury. Had a feeling it wouldn’t be in Utah though.Tay Henny with 15 points 10 boards, 2 assists and 3 steals.
Pretty good game.

That is why this "We have to add a playmaker!!!" stuff doesn't matter to me. If the worst case is we are rolling Ace out there as a starting SG, that ain't bad. Jazz non-passers are passing pretty well with the spacing and mismatches we create. If we get an elite playmaker, that's cool too!JJJ back to back 3 assist game with no system knowledge
