I played the ESPN mock lotto for long enough to get Utah's pick at 3 (Kidd-Gilchrist) and our other pick at 9 (Damian Lillard). How awesome would that draft be?

wait,so if they are not in worst 7 this year,we still can use that pick on 2013,and ofcourse that will be top 6 protected,am i understanding correct?

Just to clear up the confusion...WE (Utah Jazz), DO NOT GET THE GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS PICK IF IT IS PICKS 1-7 OF THIS DRAFT AFTER THE LOTTERY, NOT BEFORE, (example) SO IF THEY (The Warriors) FINISH WITH THE 8TH WORST RECORD AND WIN IN THE LOTTERY (meaning they would get a top 3 pick) WE DO NOT GET THE DRAFT PICK FOR THIS YEAR, BUT IF IT TURNS UP TO BE 8-30 PICKS AFTER THE LOTTERY THEN WE GET THE PICK, AND IF THAT HAPPENS AND WE USE THE PICK SO THEN WE DON'T GET TO USE THE PICK NEXT YEAR OR YEARS AFTER.

AS FOR OUR PICK FOR THIS YEAR IT IS A LOT MORE SIMPLE BUT WHO KNOWS SOME OF YOU MIGHT MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT...IF WE MAKE THE PLAYOFFS THE TIMBERWOLVES GET OUR PICK, AND IF WE MISS THE PLAYOFFS WE (Utah Jazz) GET OUR PICK.
