What's new

Jazz did not deserve to win this game....and they didn't.

IMO this loss falls squarely on Ty. His refusal to use subs during the first 3 OT's was mind boggling and inexecusable. Tonights loss to New Jersey will also fall on Ty thanks to the fact that he let that game drag out and now his starters are fatigued.

well, you're wrong. apples and oranges.

and the starters didn't play 20 minutes, most of them played 50 or more last night

I'm referring to the talk all season by media, fans and the players of making excuses for back to back to backs.

Most players in the nba average in the 20's mins.

so, just saying, having played 270 mins of div1 soccer per day, with travel, totaling 720 mins in 3 days for high school championships, I don't believe that people far more athletic and in top physical shape would really be that affected by playing three games on a row.

talking about a 20 minute average is meaningless

The guys on the court are the minutes that matter, the guys sitting on the bench are not the ones physically exhausted.

soccer is not basketball
high school is not the NBA

Your right.

I also played basketball, which was far less physically demanding, however that is not the point. The point is that if I, an average high school kid can play 8 games as hard as I can on a championship soccer team in 3 days and experience no issues of fatigue, then guys whos whole lives is basketball, with several personal trainers and in peak physical performance should be able to play 3 games in 3 nights with out excuses.

im not really following why you think they should be so fatigued

you are wrong in about 6 different ways, sorry I am not going to take the time to explain everything to you...
