What my training and nutrition coaching can accomplish

I did protein shakes for about 1.5 months. Didn't really notice any kind of improvement from just regular eating. I think it is mostly a rip-off, or placebo thing.

You have to take it in conjunction with working out. Also, simply adding a scoop of protein to your bowl full of ice cream kind of defeats the purpose.
 
Been on the supplements for about 6 weeks now. Legit stuff.

The dude that started this thread is weird.

Actually I deep fry the powder, then put it in the ice cream.
