I just want to share one little fact. This is Battier's first conference finals of his career. Take that piece of information and add it to the fact that the team he is playing for got to the finals last year without him and they were less talented then they are this year. It doesn't look for Battier.

If that kind of a career is better than what MKG will do then I will several disappointed for him.

Kyrie Irving, Grant Hill and Christian Laettner say hello.


In response to Xthren...MKG has known his shot is his major weakness since at least his freshman year of high school. It really hasn't improved since then, he can't have a consistent shot because his release point is all over the place due to his double clutch. He'll never be able to shoot well.

I know people love to hate on Laettner for his NBA career, but his first 7 or 8 seasons he averaged something like 18 and 8 if I remember right. Plus he came out and put up 18 and 9 as a rookie...that's pretty damn good.

Regardless of any stats, I hate him.

The only thing I hate about laettner is that he made the dream team. Shaq was better and should have gone Instead of laettner.

PKM, tell MKG that he has touched the lives a few people that will probably never have the chance to meet him. My wife really liked hearing this story. Please pass that along.

I just wanted to be clear, Duke is not the other school that we bleed blue for. Sorry Hantlers.
