are there any foreign fighters you like? from all the mam talks I gather there is no foreign fighter you like? or is that my wrong?
second who are you're top 3 favorite fighters?

I mostly have a bias against brazilian fighters. just because this BJJ scam. it's just stripped down/nerved judo/jui juitsu. without giving credit to judo. it adds nothing what judo and jui jutsu have.
taking away the glory from japan. Some people see me as a hypocrite for saying this since krav maga basically "stole" from any martial art known to man.
but anywho yeah i cannot like brazilian fighters. but I ghues in my eyes Jr Dos Santos seems okay.

most us based ufc/mma fans i know, seem to have a bias/hate for all foreign fighters
 
I will agree with you about Brazilians. For the most part, I hate, hate, hate them. I have respect for a few, Big Nog for example and Machida, but the majority of them can eat the corn. Other than that, I really don't hate foreign fighters because they're foreign. I LOVE Fedor, for example, Shlemenko (Bellatore), Leonard Garcia, Torres, Diego Sanchez, most Canadian fighters, etc. My top three favorite fighters right now? It changes quite a bit, but...

Rich Franklin (the same way I feel about AK-47 -- I met him at a Best Buy (no kidding) and he was one of the nicest people I've come across)

And I can't even think of a third. There are a TON of fighters I like, but wouldn't put them as favorites, and it would depend on who they're fighting if I'm going to cheer for them or not.

Where the **** is Frank Mir in that opening sequence? Brock Lesner on their twice?! Marquardt? Give me shelter... Mir has been in more epic fights than the majority of that list and is a two-time champ. What more must he do? Gods damn this outrage!

did you see the new intro, it is nicely done from a tehcnical standpoint and effetcs. but I don't like it, the old one was kinda epic. loved the old one. my fiance always groans when she hears it cus she knows i am not to be disturbed the next 3 hours.
 
I hate to agree with Sister-Porker, but Silva is going to make an example out of Sonnen. I'm THIS close to wanting Silva to win, just so I don't have to listen or watch Cheal run his mouth ever again. Keep in mind, there is probably nobody (besides Brock Lesner) that I hate more in the UFC than Silva.

i just think sonnen got into silvas head did you here the conference call, silva lost it and went mad, to the point of hanging up.
you still gotta repsect sonnen, trout, remember how he talked about brian stan?
it isnt that sonnen is always like this, when he has an opponent who in his mind deserves respect he gives him the respect.

there is no ufc fighter i hate more than silva.
so trout if chael wins depending on his next opponent he will be quiet. also for 2 years we have been waiting for this fight that why it seems his talking is exsessive
what i'm wondering if silva wins whats next for him?
if sonnen wins there are a lot of posibilities since other guys match up well against sonnen and can beat sonnen, finally bringing some movement of the belt in the middleweight division.

also note silva said he is gonna break sonnens face. he's gonna punch him till all his teeth are broken, the way is see this is sonnen really got in silva's head. and trying to punch and punch sonnen is certainly nto the way to go. the way to beat sonnen is via submission/jui jutsu. so silvas coaches better get silva straight if he wants to stand a change

on a side note on of my favorite fighters clay guida dropped down on my list recently in his "fight" against gray maynard.
damm you guida. i'll probably blame it on his hair not being lose

I don't think he liked what Sonnen's been saying.

Dutch... he also said he was going to breakhis arms and legs.... I could not find the quote but I think he said he would make sure he would not come out of the octagon on his own.
 
Sonnen should be in WWE. He even went after Silva's wife. A prepared Silva is a dangerous Silva but I think Sonnen takes it. Gonna be epic either way.

And yes Clay Guida is a huge puss.

not really i kinda understands where he is comming from in his fight vs henderson he could have used a bit more strategy and he would have won.
but i think his coaching and training went overboard with the strategy, instead of fighting.
you could here his coaching yelling at him he has just been listening to them.
but at what point do you stop listening to them and go all out?
