Well, they don't anymore (I'm 50, they'd be something like 110, and my genes aren't quite that good).
They sat down to the same table we did. They just ate less as they got older, and avoided some of the greasier and spicier foods.
Makes sense.
One thing that always seemed evident with the older generation is the fact that they were always much healthier.
Even your generation is much healthier then mine.
I attribute most of this to how much more horrible diets keep getting over time.
As I don't believe in vaccinations, I think younger generations diets are even more to blame.
