Arlington, VA? Charlottesville is cool and very pretty .. except it's winter, so nevermind.
Arlington, VA. Anyone? Within four or five hours?
The Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville. Many cool bed and breakfasts.

Btw,
I like Texas. South Padre, Austin, and San Antonio to a lesser degree.
Tell me more. I wanted to book winter tickets but it kinda looked like a **** hole. Then I looked more and it got worse. I'd really love to have my mind changed for a March or April trip though.
It is kind of a **** hole. But in a hole-in-the-wall restaurant kind of way. Cool tiki hut hangouts, miles and miles of pristine beaches with no homes at all..
I think people in Texas are pretty cool, too .. bring on the jokes.
You live in SLC area, right?
Have you ever looked into Puerto Penasco (gringos call it Rocky Point). Fly in Tucson and drive into MX to this sleepy fisherman's village that I've enjoyed many times. Rent 4 wheelers and drive for miles down the beaches and very cool sight seeing along the way .. and no people.

Are you feeling okay?
Nothing wrong with that. I find people more enjoyable toward the lower end of the rent spectrum anyway. Stay at a higher class resort and you get the dick bag broke asses trying to impress other dick bag broke asses, and the inevitable following herd of roid freaks who can't leave the frat life behind a dozen years too late. That's how South Padre seemed to me, which is what I meant by **** hole.
Staying at cheap but adequate is where it's at. Real people.
Haha, why do you ask? LOL
