Interesting post, but the last paragraph is garbage. What about Paul George made him different from Hayward and made Hayward a safer pick character wise?

Plus, Thompson did have the drug arrest, but he wasn't even on the board when the Jazz picked 12.

So Thompson was a bad example, still had he been on the board he wasn't coming here. And yes, I abolutley believe there was a major shift in philosophy or rules or whatever inside the organization after the pillow fort. Now the Jazz bring in guys who are squeaky clean.
