If his name is pronounced "Go-Bear", how the hell does that have anything to do with gobstoppers? same thing with Gobert Report? I don't get it...

Is it weird that I find myself missing the commentating of Boler and Harpring? I actually cannot wait to hear the nicknames they come up with for our players. Yes, they're complete dorks-- but they're our dorks :)
 
The way Gobert has been playing in the summer league reminds me of a young Dwight Howard without the drama. He'll be better than Dwight in like 2 seasons.

Haha, better than current Dwight or superstar Dwight? If its current Dwight, he has a good chance of being better than him. 2010-2011 Dwight? Now that would be a damn good Frenchman!

You mean the current Dwight Howard that was 12.4RPG and 17.1PTS, an allstar, and the rebounding leader despite coming off injury?

Ya someone gets an injury and has one off year (still leading rebounder NBA, 17.1 pts a game, all star). Lets judge the rest of his career based of this last year were pretty much everyone in LA didn't play like they were supposed to on a newly built team. Dwight is still a top center in this league. I still bet you he will make an all star team next year, average double double, and have still have great defense.

Yes it is weird. I miss them the way I might miss genital warts on 90% of my body.

I'm just wondering if Bolerhack will figure out any other ways to say that someone made a shot besides "bang it down". Makes me think there are things in his personal life directly correlated to "banging" things down that haunt him.

I definately miss them.
I think boler is awesome and harpring is better than boone, steve brown, thurl, locke, nussaulke or most any other jazz media person. (I would like to hear gordy announce a game, would be interesting me thinks)

Won't be long before boler will be doing SEC football games again.
