I've dealt with anxiety issues for years, including heart palpitations as a very uncomfortable symptom.

I refuse to take prescription drugs, but I do take an herb called "kava" when I feel the onset of heavy anxiety.
It's a miracle herb!

Daily grape juice helps with the palpitations.
 
I've wanted to try kava but I have heard there are issues with purity and actually getting the real thing. Is that the extract you use? Is it effective, and how long does it last? Is it quick onset, or does it take a while to hit you, and do you build up a tolerance?

Also have a portable one called magic flight launch box that's pretty cool but kinda harsh on the throat

There is a strip club in slc that sells kava (no alcohol doe) that you drink.... looks like chocolate milk and tastes like dirt.... kinda makes me feel like I took a half a lortab or percocet

That would work for me. I mostly have issues sleeping and I have heard it can help with that without all the crap associated with things like ambien.
 
I used to drink a lot of caffeine, and it had basically zero effect on me. Even like string energy drinks.

Now whenever I even drink a like half a can of coke early in the day, I get all anxious and can't sleep till like two am. It's crazy. Even sounds inside my head change from just normal sounds I hear to be really loud and sound angry, if that makes sense.

I get anxious a little bit otherwise, but for some reason caffeine really does me in.
