I don't think anyone could make that mistake, considering that Jerry is now also too old to be a farmer. I heard that last summer he walked out in the middle of milking the cows in the morning, after he accidentally tried to milk a bull.
 
Did nobody watch the halftime event this season when Jerry was honored? He looked like he would rather be at home in bed. Dude's old. The look in his eyes was the same look my grandpa got when he first started losing it. Not saying that's happening with Jerry, but it was obvious even in his last years with the Jazz that the fire wasn't there anymore.
 
LOL @ anyone who thinks that a half senile Jerry Sloan wouldn't be 100x better than 99 percent of the coaches out there.

For hells sakes, handicapped Jason Kidd is a coach and his best known coaching move was asking a player to bump into him and cause the drink he was holding to spill out all over the court.

C'mon folks, he's replacing Mark Jackson. How difficult could that be? A Jerry Sloan fathead would be an upgrade over Jackson!

He was out of his element. He's not one for that kind of spotlight in front of thousands of fans there to see him. He didn't look much different then Eminem being interviewed at a college football game. Lol

He said that todays basketball players dont know any fundamentals.

There is a basketball player still playing in these playoffs that actually has the nickname of "The Big Fundamental" (tim duncan).

There is also a dude named chris paul in the league.

Jj reddick. Dirk nowitzki. Mike conley. Bradley beal. Gordon hayward. Lebron james. Plus hundreds of other players have good fundamentals.
