The Sacramento Kings headed to the 2014 NBA Las Vegas Summer League with a lot of talent on their roster.

How does a team with Nik Stauskas, Ben McLemore, Derrick Williams, Ray McCallum, Quincy Acy, and MarShon Brooks lose to a team with Kyle Anderson, Austin Daye, Jeff Ayres, Vander Blue, Melvin Ejim, and Bryce Cotton?

I have the answer to that question, this is the reason why they lost:

They lost 85-69. The Kings got off 50 field goal attempts while the Spurs managed to get off 73 some how.

Ty Corbin is just a bad coach, nothing else to it. You want your team to tank? Hire Ty Corbin to be on your staff.

Seriously, after ONE open practice and hearing Quin's honesty and frankness about the players, what he is doing, etc., I am SO happy with coaching change. I'm sure Blatt is going to be great for LBJ and that situation. But I think/hope we have the perfect coach for our situation. It already sounds like he's built a good rapport and has the respect of players such as Exum, Burke and Hood. And everyone is excited about the more open offense.

I too think Blatt was a better prospect than Quinn, but Quinn is probably a better fit with the Spurs connection and his new wife being from Utah and all.
 
I wonder how all the Ty critics felt today after hearing legendary coach Jeff Van Gundy calling them all a bunch of half baked tards on 1280thezone.

Wheres the poster who was telling me Arron Afflalo was a bottom 5 rotation player in the NBA, and Ben McLemore wasn't?

The entire Kings roster is a bunch of bust plus Stauskus and that is Ty's fault, who has been with the team about a week?

You misunderstood him. He wasn't saying it was Ty's fault he was saying it was the fault of that Tyrone Corbin card.

Funny damn card by the way. The empty seats in the background are lulz worthy. Would be photoshoped if it was released in this era.
