What's new

First Ebola virus diagnosed in the USA (Dallas, TX)

so if only 2 countries outside afrika have ebola.

is it safe to say Barrack Hussein OBola The 3rd is to blame?

If we had real leadership we would have had a travel ban a long time ago.

2nd Dallas nurse from the same hospital tests positive for Ebola.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The CDC has announced that the second healthcare worker diagnosed with Ebola — now identified as Amber Joy Vinson of Dallas — traveled by air Oct. 13, with a low-grade fever, a day before she showed up at the hospital reporting symptoms.
The CDC is now reaching out to all passengers who flew on Frontier Airlines flight 1143 Cleveland to Dallas/Fort Worth. The flight landed at 8:16 p.m. CT.
All 132 passengers on the flight are being asked to call 1 800-CDC INFO (1 800 232-4636). Public health professionals will begin interviewing passengers about the flight Wednesday afternoon.

*****

While in Ohio, Vinson visited relatives, who are employees at Kent State University. The university is now asking Vinson’s three relatives stay off campus and self-monitor per CDC protocol for the next 21 days out of an “abundance of caution.”

what a dumb *** woman....

some guy just died form ebola and her dumb *** flew on a damn airplane? maaaaaan. people!

The hysteria over this is phenomenal. I've honestly never seen anything like it.

2-4 cases and if you listen to the right wing nutjobs on the radio they are convinced the world is coming to an end.

All part of the plan. What we need is for Ebola to hit any unemployed Republicans. That knocks down the true unemployment rate and may give Dems a chance in the upcoming election.

Do you mean just being impeached (ie a simple vote from the House) or an actual removal from the Presidency? If you think the latter, you're completely and totally and utterly clueless on the process.

https://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/man-arrested-for-ebola-joke-576432

An ill-advised Ebola joke has landed an Ohio man behind bars on a felony charge, records show.

Emanuel Smith, 60, was gambling Wednesday at the Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland when he allegedly told a dealer that he was there as a way to avoid his ex-wife, who was stricken with Ebola.

Several hours after his Ebola comment, Smith was arrested at his Cleveland home and charged with inducing panic, a felony, and criminal trespass. He was booked into the Cuyahoga County jail, where he is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

I'm surprised the dealer even flinched with that comment. Maybe a casino in Cleveland is quite different, but my favorite part of Vegas by far is just sitting around the tables and hearing random people talk complete bollocks. Everybody in Vegas is a billionaire, sleeps around with movie stars, and has killed a few guys.
