His demeanor on the court in these situations obviously rubs off on the rest of the team. You can tell how a possession is going to end when Williams walks the ball up the court with his head down and dumps the ball off to Bell with 23 seconds left on the shot clock, then doesn't touch the ball again for the rest of the possession. It's like he's pouting. Meanwhile the bench guys are completely outhustling him and generally showing a lot more enthusiasm.

On the other hand, you can't expect him to be MJ every night. Maybe he's playing injured or something.

+1. AJ needs to be WAY more agressive on the offensive end. With his low post abilities we should be seeing him setting picks and rolling to the basket WAY more. The question is, do they run sets for him and is he capable of running the pick n roll? As it stands, the jazz run the pick n roll the least in the NBA. Boggles my mind considering we have arguably one of the best PG's in the game and a big man in Al who has been able to finish strong in the past.

I'm not sure you've watched the past few games. He's spent far more time whining to the refs and feeling bad for himself than he has leading the team. I'm not hating on Deron. For most of the season I think he's been a good leader.
