It was a good switch. Melo could have shot over Hay easily. Favors needed to body him up and force him to drive instead of backing down.

Too bad he had a consistently decent game of doing this exactly. Look at any advanced metric of Burke from this game.
 
Im amazed at how many self loathing, mouthbreathing fans the Jazz franchise has. A nice ****ing win, a great ****ing win and instead of enjoying it, the continued crying about what players they hate, what players will do in the next game, etc. It's ****ing sad. I mean, I don't know if it's a commentary on the culture of white folk from Utahr or if it's something about people as a whole.

Is Trey the PG of the future or is Dante? 1 good game out of Trey and you forget the rest, pfft it's CJ Miles all over again...

Favors played great defense imo

Melo is a decent offensive player who was having a decent have tonight.... sometimes guys make big shots.

Luckily we had ice trey on our team to counter
 
still not a big fan of trey's style, but tonight he looked great. Hope he proves me wrong and plays with this subtle efficiency all year

Favors should have guarded him more closely. At which point Melo would have flopped and got 3 FTs anyway. So I suppose it didn't matter.
