Modern day NBA arms race.

Jazz have squeaked by with at least 5 or 6 wins that could’ve gone either way - even splitting those games would’ve put them in a better position to keep the pick. I know dudes are wired to compete and win, but those games could easily bite this team on the *** at the end of the season.

How about the Jazz just don’t trade a future pick to get off Favors money to bring in Rudy Gay. Or maybe play to win in one of the worst drafts in recent memory when they had multiple high picks - instead they ranked their asses off and kept the pick. They get what they deserve if they lose the...

I’m pissed we didn’t try to pair this demon with Victor Wembanyama.

I’m hoping a strong draft this year ends up pushing a few guys to next years draft and that one ends up being even stronger - since the Jazz currently have 3 picks in that draft and no reason to use them quite yet.

I’m glad the young guys are getting some run here, but I’m pretty sure these close wins against Phoenix and Boston are going to haunt the Jazz down the road.

If ever there was a year for the Jazz to maximize their top pick, this is it. I’m going to spend the whole season hoping the Jazz, Wolves and Cavs are all bottom dwellers this year.
