Good, glad to see the studs are resting tonight. We basically played an NBA team last night - caught up and whooped em. This OKC baby corps contingent looks more like mediocre G League. Hoping to see Tonje, Luis, Miguel, Crowl and Springer tonight. (Martin must be a lock I assume as he’s not on...
Kinda tired of hearing disparaging remarks about our rooks and Sophs and Jrs. (Not necessarily today.) We building something really special here! And it could be sooner than we all think.
At the expense of whose minutes? Are we gonna shut down Collins for the season? And in the backcourt, George and Sensabaugh are soooo far ahead of him in every skill designation it’s not funny. To say nothing of his conditioning! I have to say that I understand now why he was laying low and...
Isaiah Collier, the Facilitator. This roster is loaded with guys that were recruited for their ability to fill it up. Setting the table, getting guys involved and getting guys going, that is going to be the most important piece of the puzzle.
Kessler seems to improve every season and fits the timeline, Lauri not so much. Lauri had such a bad season last year, looked gimpy and was held out so much, makes me think maybe he suffers lower back issues similar to what hampered and eventually pushed Larry Bird into retirement.
That’s their most recent season isn’t it? Players are never instructed to tank that’s the organization’s problem anyway. Career comparison is pretty much a wash 7-6 (can’t pull it up right now) Mercedes to Suzuki give me a frickin break. You’re right about one thing though, Collins is improving...

Must be a really old Mercedes and a really new Suzuki then!
That train has left the station! We had our chance and since the drastic overpay his numbers have only declined. Bogy used to complete more drives to the rim and his 3pt% is down to 34%. I see flashes of greatness occasionally so I haven’t completely lost hope. I think his best chance is as a #2...
Pessimistic view! So fortunate to have Bailey fall into our lap who could turn out as good or better than Flagg. And to get Clayton Jr the NCAA Tournament MOP as well was icing on the cake.
Yes but the trade wasn’t made explicitly to make us a worse team. The trade was made because Sexton, Markkanen and Bailey are all high volume shot takers and couldn’t possibly exist together on a viable starting unit. If we want to really develop Bailey to his perceived potential, that means...
Manipulating minutes and injury status is tanking by definition. Are you suggesting that he’s he’s intentionally interested in putting together a non competitive roster? And what purpose would that serve exactly? And keeping Collins because maybe he just likes him? Disappointing...
