We aren't that far our of No. 1. We can still do it although efforts like Saturday are unacceptable if we want to really tank. If the FO and Quinn make a concerted effort we can have a high, high lottery pick. Come on DL and Quinn, get it done.
I saw on the transactions that the Bucks waived Joel Bolomboy. Does that mean the Jazz could pick him up on a 10 day? I see he is still playing for their DLeague team and I'm assuming as a non two way player.
I see the Lakers signed a guy to a 10 day contract. Can anyone in the DLeague including those guys on two way contracts be signed or is it just players earning the DLeague poverty wage ($16 to $26,000 annually.)?
Boise State's Chandler Hutchison. Had 44 points the other night vs. San Diego State. He also outscored Kyle Kuzma in a NIT game last spring 34-21 although I will admit Utah did not want to be there. Kuzma is the Lakers leading scorer this year. Just a thought.
Last night was a pathetic effort. The Pacers had played the night before. The Jazz have used that excuse when getting blown out before. It looked like the entire team did not want to be there except Burks, Udoh and Neto.
TW is averaging 13 ppg and is second on the team in steals and 3rd in blocked shots. He is shooting a solid percentage from 2, 3 and FT. Lou Williams (remember we were attempting to trade for him at the deadline) is averaging 23 ppg.
I'm surprised they are opting for surgery. I had a torn MCL once and the orthopedist said to go sit on a bar stool for six weeks. The knee was really stiff after the six weeks of hard drinking but eventually came around. The doc said it was an injury that did not heal any quicker or slower...
I think they are trying. The Trib today said they were going to sign a guy from Iowa State to a two way that is currently playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors. Was a second round pick of the Pacers last year.
I thought TW had a lot of the same skill set as Exum. Similar body, build, height etc. His outside shot is hideous. The Jazz braintrust let him go so they did not think he was a prospect.
It is. The point is the Jazz GLeague team is a greasefire and it seems for whatever reason is that the only players that have played there aren't on the Jazz roster but other team's rosters.
