#1 - Pick Clarkson or Conley. Trade the other. Whoever we pick, bring that player off the bench.

#2 - Maximize Rudy's value by trading him now. This isn't a blame trade. This is simply a - it hasn't worked and we don't have assets to make the necessary improvements so trade him high trade.

Trade conley. Clarkson is already cool with coming off the bench and conley is still old, overpaid, undersized and not as good as he once was.
