I remember doing this thing a couple years back and taking a lot of heat for picking Anthony Davis as my 12th man.

Do you mean 12th pick? Or 12th man on your team? If it's the latter, then ya, not really a **** pick because it's kind of irrelevant who the 12th man is.
Why are you so enthusiastic to postpone the actual voting over something so insignificant? I want to get to the actual competition already! It's not like the supporters are in love with the idea. Most of the responses are things like "ya I'd be down, whatever". Not like people are dying to do this pointless rule change.
I dunno I tend to take the "It's about the journey, not the destination" in everything I do in life... but yeah that's just me.
I'm all about the destination, baby.
