Maybe that's what we end up doing but I say we first decide a time by which we go that route. I say 11am ET/9am MT. That will've given him 17 hours which is 5 extra hours. And I gota think if he hasn't picked by then, he's working and still wouldn't pick for another 6 hours or so.

Seems fair.
I like someone picking for the absent person vs. just skipping them. Cleaner.
But no one should go lazy and just let the board pick for them. Permaban.

Fish has always been the official picker for delinquent drafters. Though I don't think he's ever had to pick for someone. Lol

I honestly have no issue with someone taking the full amount of time. It just appears he's going to have gone way over that. Like you said though, he didn't know we started the draft.
