I hadn't watched much of the Blazers this year and I feel like I've missed out. Seeing plumdog millionaire out there dropping dimes is a lot of fun.

Hands down the best game I've ever seen Aminu play, and I've been following him since HS..

Not surprised it's in the playoffs

He's everywhere..

Yeah, that sucks for the Clippers, they're done without CP3/Griffin. Curry-less Warriors may be able to take the Blazers though... allowing Curry time to return for the WCF perhaps.

Not really what I meant by blowing it. Injuries just happen. I meant more like them just straight up choking. This is excusable. If they had Blake healthy I could see them getting past Portland and possibly beating a Curry-less Warriors, but no Paul w/ a hobbled Griffin means they probably won't even beat the Blazers. I expect the Blazers to close it out the next 2 games.

Even though I hate Chris Paul it sucks to seem him injured. He was bound to injure his hands though with how much illegal grabbing and pulling he does on defense.

They are leaving him wide open, he was due for a good game. It would be really weird if he just reverted back to being a terrible 3pt shooter after having such a good shooting year. If they want to have any chance of beating the Warriors he will have to be much more consistent with it.

I do feel for the guy.. he is carrying his team, and has been carrying his teams (which were basically all crap except this latest Clippers team) for the better part of the last decade or so....


He's kinda like KG when he was in Minny... and now with a real chance to win it all he gets injured. Life sux sometimes.
 
Spurs v OKC will be so interesting. Imagine OKC had another quality wing instead of either Kanter/Adams.
That would really enable them to sit their slow big for long durations and play small ball mainly until Popovich figures out a counter.
Just the first game figuring out if David West can compete with Durant defensively from a speed standpoint. And if it doesn't work, which big can you hide on what wing defensively so Leonard can start the possessions against Durant. Do the Spurs have enough depth on the perimeter to play small ball all the time?

But in reality it will probably feature 2 teams playing quality old school bigs and it will come down to execution.

Going to be a fantastic series. IMO it will be the best series of the entire post season. The thunder are starting to peak and gel right now with guys like adams, waiters, and kanter really stepping up to help the superstars.
Very excited for that series.
 
Am I the only one that really likes the Blazers roster? They've got so many complimentary pieces to Dame Dolla
