2016 NFL Draft thread

Denver just traded with Seattle for the 26th pick. Details of trade are still unknown.

It's got to be a QB or a S right?

This draft is kind of weak but has a lot of depth, think I'd rather have 2 2s and 2 3s and sacrifice a first round pick (unless i need a QB)....Myles Jack in the second is a steal if he stays decently healthy.

ESPN likes the vast majority of first round picks and trades. Only ones that got negative remarks where the Dolphins picking Tunsil at 13 and the 49ers giving up so much to get back into the 1st round to draft a guard.

I wonder how soon Cook will go, Dallas tried hard to trade up and get Lynch according to reports.

Same with Jack.

Someone to keep an eye on is Aguayo. Kid has an insane leg and might be a 2nd rounder.

I'm very happy with the 49ers draft yesterday. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, get better on the offensive, and defensive lines. Buckner has potential to be the best player from the draft. As far as the 9ers trading back into the first for a guard, I'm fine with it. Garnett was considered the top run blocking guard by many, also heard rumors that he might be targeted by the seachickens. 49ers had a real need at guard after losing two of the better players at that position over the last two years. Two solid picks by the 49ers. No need to get a qb early when they have a shot at Watson next year. They should be bad again. Maybe worse then last. I will be rooting for losses

Looking for Denver to address DE, ILB, S and O line in the coming days. Maybe sneak in another WR or RB late in the draft.
