That’s fine if both involved get back in trade what they need for the era’s requirement

No. And we shouldn’t be able to. Otherwise I would’ve drafted differently. Are we able to trade players that we selected in the first 5 rounds or not? I think we should be able to as long as we take the same era(s) back.
I have to agree with Keefe.No. And we shouldn’t be able to. Otherwise I would’ve drafted differently.

This question is asked in a manner that suggests this hasn't been thoroughly and repeatedly answered: no.Are we able to trade players that we selected in the first 5 rounds or not? I think we should be able to as long as we take the same era(s) back.
Huh? This was addressed in the original post and followed up with a firm no.That’s fine if both involved get back in trade what they need for the era’s requirement

My favorite thing is playing with someone and they change the rules in the middle to suit their desires. It's really fun! I suspect others also find such behavior really fun.You guys sound like fun at parties.

I have some ideas to throw out there for next year’s draft. Just fyi.Keefe brings up a good point. So we probably shouldn’t trade players and change it at this point
Like what? My curiosity is piqued.I have some ideas to throw out there for next year’s draft. Just fyi.
Thanks for running this. I always appreciate it.
Disappointed it no one gets this quote.Lemme tell ya, we ain't great outside-a parties, either.
Nothing major. Just a slight twist on the current era rule. Essentially, we’d allow trading (like we used to) and you can pick whoever you want whenever you want, but each team can only have a maximum of two players from each of the 5 eras we’ve been using at any given time.Like what? My curiosity is piqued.

Elizah, Sir, you are much like the great Enlightenment satirists of my day, such as Voltaire. I raise an ale in your honor. In case anybody doesn’t know me I’m completely just messing around with you guys. Just wanted to clarify that before someone gets actually mad.

It still limits everyone to having the same number of modern players vs. old time era players, but it would also allow you to pair up greats from the same era if the opportunity presents itself.
